Pushpa Wood Director Fin-Ed Centre Massey University | Booster Foundation Board Chair

Pushpa is the Director of the NZ Fin-Ed Center at Massey University and in 2025 was named by the Money Awareness and Inclusion Awards (MAIA) as one of 50 Money Changers globally recognising her expertise in reshaping the landscape of financial literacy and inclusion. 

In July 2024, Pushpa was appointed as a member of the Financial Advice Code Committee, an independent body that sets financial advice standards.

Kendall Flutey Ngāi Tahu, Ngāti Kahungunu | Booster Foundation Trustee

Kendall is widely recognised for her contribution to innovation and social enterprise, Kendall is the Co-founder of Banqer, Aotearoa’s largest financial education platform. In July 2025 Kendall joined for the Office of Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu as Chief Operating Officer.

Di Papadopoulos Booster Chief Executive | Booster Foundation Trustee

Di is passionate about building the financial resilience of all New Zealanders. In her role at Booster she leads the Booster team with a focus on understanding customers’ needs and helping them to get on the financial front foot.

Paul Foley Booster Executive Chairman | Booster Foundation Trustee

Paul’s background is as a commercial lawyer with over 30 years’ experience advising across varied sectors – he is a Chartered Fellow of the NZ Institute of Directors and a past Director and Chair of NZX and ASX listed companies.

Anika Speedy Booster Foundation Chief Executive

Anika Speedy is the chief executive of the Booster Foundation. She leads the Foundation in its mission to help all New Zealanders get ahead financially.

Anika is an experienced manager with a passion for purpose-driven business. Anika joins us from Philanthropy NZ and has previously worked for Dignity NZ where impact was at the heart of her role.
